Welcome to Ethemblage! Ethemblage is a tool made to support ethical reflection in settings where humans, other animals, and technology come together.

----------------------------------------------------------

Ethemblage is part of a research project at the University of Guelph, Canada. Our team is examining the effectiveness of Ethemblage as a tool that teaches about “more-than-human” approaches to ethics. This looks at how ethical concerns appear with interactions between different technologies, humans, and other forms of nature.

If you are 18 years or older and have interests in teaching or learning about technology, nature, and/or ethics, please consider trying out the tool and taking this 5 minute survey to provide feedback.

The project has been reviewed by UofG’s Research Ethics Board for compliance with federal guidelines for research involving human participants (REB#1916). Please contact me at lgovia@uoguelph.ca if you have any questions. Thank you!
